How long will it take to create my ring?

Our 'Made-to-order' pieces require 6 weeks to be uniquely hand crafted.
Our 'Ready to ship' and 'one of a kind' pieces are shipped the next business day.

Do you ship to my country?

We offer worldwide shipping from Australia using DHL express. Your parcel is tracked & insured for peace of mind. We cover Custom & Duty Taxes in most countries. Read about our shipping here

Will I be charged customs?

At Ninetwo.5, we offer international shipping with all orders sent on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that where applicable, duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout—ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery experience.

Exceptions
Some countries do not support DDP from Australia, and import duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery.

If DDP is unavailable in your region, you will be responsible for any local charges at the time of delivery.

USA Orders
While most U.S. shipments are covered under DDP, certain states impose a “Use Tax”, which is not covered by Ninetwo.5. This may be payable directly to your state authority.

What Is Moissanite?

Moissanite is a Lab-Grown gemstone which maintains its brilliance over time. It is ranked 9.5 on the MOHS scale, second only to diamond. Meaning it is Incredibly durable and resistant to scratching, perfectly appropriate for everyday wear & forever pieces.

Moissanite is an excellent alternative to Diamond, at a more attainable price point without the ethical concerns of Mined Diamonds.

Moissanites are almost exactly the same in appearance to Diamonds, only the trained eye can often tell the difference between these two stones. Despite the'yre similar apperance, Moissanite is not a fake diamond.

What are Lab-Grown Gemstones?

Lab-Grown Gemstones are not fake gemstones, they are real stones that are grown in a laboratory.


Lab-grown gemstones are offered at a more affordable price point than natural stones, often without the ethical concerns of Natural / mined stones.

Natural vs Labgrown Stones ultimately comes down to personal Preference and budget.
