Refund policy


12 Month Manufacturing Warranty:

Ninetwo.5 offers a free 12 month Manufacturing Warranty on all pieces from the date of purchase. Products deemed faulty due to a Manufacturing defect may be repaired, refunded or recreated by ninetwo.5 at no cost. We will additionally refund the cost of Return Shipping.

If you deem your piece to contain a manufacturing warranty, please reach out via email info@ninetwo-5.com or through our contact page.

Please include your order number/proof of purchase and if possible, imagery of the concern.

The following are not deemed manufacturing error, and will not be covered under Ninetwo.5 12 month Warranty

-Theft or loss

- Dents, abrasions, or scratches on settings due to everyday wear.

- Chips, scratches, nicks, or breakages on gemstones due to accidents or wear.

- Pits or holes in settings from exposure to corrosive chemicals.

- Discoloration of metals from chemicals, makeup, chlorine exposure, or bathing.

- Normal wear leading to metal wear down, requiring restoration.

-Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is void if jewellery is serviced by any jeweller other than Ninetwo.5.


Ninetwo.5 Refund & Return Policies:
At Ninetwo.5, we prioritize customer satisfaction and handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
Order Changes / cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase. 
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your piece to initiate the process.

Under Australian Consumer Law you are Guaranteed our assessment and resolution to any concerns you have regarding items purchased from us within a timely matter.
Ninetwo.5 Will not be held responsible for refunds or returns due to the customer having a change of mind. Ninetwo.5 does not offer exchanges due to pieces being purchased on a 'custom' / 'made to order' basis. 
Ninetwo.5 Return & Refund policies do not cover:

- one of a kind pieces / final sale pieces
