Australia Wide - Orders over $500 AUD eligable for FREE express
shipping via Express Australia Post 1-3 business days.

International - Shipping Via DHL express 7-10 business days

Production Lead Times

Made to order pieces - dispatched 6 weeks from date of order placement
Ready to ship / one off pieces - disaptched next business day after order placement
Custom pieces - Discussed prior with client, typically 8-10 weeks from date of order placement

Import Duties and Taxes

Ninetwo.5 does not cover the costs of import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply depending on the destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for any charges imposed by local customs authorities. Payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs.

Important: We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers or uncontrollable events such as weather disruptions, technical issues, customs delays, etc.
Unfortunately, due to security protocols and the need for signature confirmation, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that international orders are exempt from Australian GST but may be subject to local taxes and duties upon arrival in your country. Shipping fees do not include these additional charges.
