International Shipping & Duties

At Ninetwo.5, we offer international shipping with all orders sent on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that where applicable, duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout—ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery experience.

Exceptions
Some countries do not support DDP from Australia, and import duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery. These commonly include:

  • Russia

  • Ukraine

  • Argentina

  • Brazil

  • Ethiopia

  • Select Middle Eastern countries (e.g. Iraq, Yemen)

If DDP is unavailable in your region, you will be responsible for any local charges at the time of delivery.

USA Orders
While most U.S. shipments are covered under DDP, certain states impose a “Use Tax”, which is not covered by Ninetwo.5. This may be payable directly to your state authority.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to confirm your country’s import rules. If unsure, please contact us for assistance.

Important: We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers or uncontrollable events such as weather disruptions, technical issues, customs delays, etc.
Unfortunately, due to security protocols and the need for signature confirmation, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
